Rights of Admission
NextGen Tech Group reserves the right to refuse entry to the event at its sole discretion. Any unauthorized solicitation on the expo floor by individuals or companies that are not exhibitors is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate removal from the event.
Video & Photography
By attending NextGen Tech Group events, you agree to be photographed and filmed by official event photographers and videographers. These images, videos, and audio recordings may be used by NextGen Tech Group without limitation for promotional purposes, on the website, in news articles, and other media. Attendees may take personal photos using smartphones, provided the photography is for non-commercial purposes and is not disruptive. Photos may be taken from seats as long as they do not obstruct views, involve flash photography after sessions start, or violate media restrictions. Images may not be sold, shared, or used commercially in any form.
Payment Must Accompany Registration
American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA are accepted. Checks should be made payable to NextGen Tech Group.
Credit Card Processing
Credit card payments are processed upon receipt. Any changes to payment methods will incur an administrative fee.
Cancellation, Substitutions & Refunds
No refunds will be issued for discounts not applied at the time of registration. Registrant substitutions are allowed at any time without penalty. Cancellations submitted in writing by NextGen Tech Group will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $15. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this period. Registrants who do not attend will not receive a refund. Show management reserves the right to cancel the event if registration numbers are insufficient. In the case of event cancellation, NextGen Tech Group's liability is limited to refunding the registration fee only. Show management also reserves the right to modify the program without prior notice. Unpaid cancellations will be billed for the appropriate fees.
Special Needs
NextGen Tech Group is committed to providing accommodations for individuals with special needs. Please ensure your registration is completed at least 4 weeks before the conference and contact NextGen Tech Group directly to discuss your specific requirements.
Live Streaming and Recording Sessions
While NextGen Tech Group records, streams, and photographs various sessions, the primary focus is on providing an engaging experience for our in-person attendees. We have a strict 'no live streaming or recording' policy in place. However, we understand the desire to share moments on social media. Attendees are allowed to take photos and record brief videos (up to 45 seconds) using phones, but live streaming is strictly prohibited. Please respect the rights of our speakers and the event.
Email Communications
As a conference registrant, you will receive important transactional emails related to your registration, along with occasional promotional emails from NextGen Tech Group. If you prefer not to receive promotional communications, you can opt-out at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

Liability Waiver
By registering for and attending the Clean Energy Summit, you agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk: Participation in the summit may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, illness, loss, or damage of personal property. Attendees assume all such risks, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Release of Liability: In consideration of being permitted to participate in the summit, attendees hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the event organizers, hosts, sponsors, and affiliated entities, including but not limited to NextGen Tech Group LLC and GTG, as well as their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness during the event.
Medical Treatment: By attending, participants agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers from any liability related to any first aid, medical treatment, or other assistance rendered during the event.
Indemnification: Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers from any claims or causes of action resulting from attendance at the event, including claims from third parties arising from your actions.
Force Majeure: The event organizers shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing their obligations due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, or government restrictions.
By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Liability Waiver and the terms set forth herein.
Food and Drinks
Please do not bring plastic bottled water. For canned drinks, Coca-Cola is not allowed.
